Offer a beverage, magazine and/or  styling books. Service clients in shampooing, rinsing and processing of chemical services,  cuts, and blow drying Perform a thorough consultation with every guest Keep stations clean by picking up towels, sweeping, etc. before each new client Responsibilities Greet customers  Up-servicing existing clients  Selling gift certificates Selling retail maintenance programs Customer service Selling promotions
