This person must be based in Austin or Houston and bring experience in the energy sector or outbound sales. In this role, you’ll work directly with a Growth & Sales leader who has built tens of millions of dollars in pipeline across multiple startups.At Interface, we’re the data and automation layer for heavy industry. In under two years, our platform is already deployed across some of the world’s largest energy companies. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level of a high-growth startup with strong traction and world-class talent.This is a remote role in either Austin or Houston.who you are:high agency and self-motivated (the more you succeed, the more you make)incredibly coachable and eager to growcomfortable prospecting into technical, industrial, and enterprise buyershave sold or prospected into real companies with real buying powerthrive in chaos and ambiguitywhat you'll do:speak directly with prospects about their workflows, problems, and buying triggersown outbound prospecting across cold email, LinkedIn, and cold callingresearch and break into $B+ industrial and energy companiesqualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetingsiterate on messaging based on real conversationsattend conferences with sales leadership to find new prospects
