You'll ensure dogs receive exceptional care while helping other team members complete their grooming services and also learn from you in a positive, professional environment. This position requires:Management experience – Be a Mentor & a CoachCustomer Service Experience (Retail and Restaurant)Membership-based business Experience (Orange Theory, Stretch Zone, etc)Sales Experience especially in Membership Sales; Up Sell and Cross SellTrain, coach, and mentor new and existing groomers, as requiredSupport a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentMaintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that fosters learning and open communicationMonitor workflow, help where needed, ensure smooth daily operations, make improvement recommendations where neededUphold all sanitation and safety standards to protect dogs and team membersWhat We're Looking ForWe are searching for a Rockstar Manager who leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion. We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with emphasis on critical KPI's: Schedule Adherence, Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, etc. The person needs to be passionate about building a business.
