Your responsibilities will include:Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and develop personalized care plans. Manage both acute and non-acute conditions and provide clear documentation.Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality management programs.Advocacy & Education: Act as a patient advocate, facilitating family conferences, and ensuring education on care plans.What We re Looking For:Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar. Board certification preferred; active state licensure required.Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting with leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to manage a patient panel effectively.Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, advanced communication, and problem-solving abilities.
