Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Closing Processor position located in Tulsa, OK. The Closing Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing communication between lenders, realtors, and clients, as well as handling post-closing tasks and file organization.QualificationsProficiency in title processing, preparation of closing documents, and completing real estate transactionsStrong organizational, multitasking, and file management skillsExcellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, realtors, and lendersAttention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and procedural requirementsProficiency with relevant software and technology tools related to title and closing processesExperience in title, escrow, or real estate transactions is an advantageFamiliarity with local and state title regulations is a plus
