We're looking for a Customer Service – Order Entry Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and enjoys working cross-functionally to support customers and internal teams.What You'll DoMonitor and manage inbound customer ordersAccurately enter orders into Sage, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with customer purchase ordersProcess order changes, updates, and special requestsCoordinate new part number setups and pricing requests when neededMaintain organized and detailed order recordsAnswer inbound calls and provide professional customer supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillmentWhat Success Looks LikeOrders entered accurately and completelySame-day processing for orders received before lunchCustomer inquiries responded to within 24 hoursStrong record retention and documentationWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of customer service experienceStrong typing skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with Sage, SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or EDI systems is a plusExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbsWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office setting with moderate noise levels.
