Account Representative

Account Representative serves as the primary contact for customer orders, tracking progress through manufacturing and coordinating with shop floor and customer to ensure on-time delivery of precision sheet metal, CNC machined, and cleanroom assembly work. Key Responsibilities: Track progress of manufacturing through the ERP system Communicate order status, schedule changes, and delivery timelines to customers Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping departments on order progress Resolve customer issues related to order specifications, timing, or quality Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort working within an ERP/production-tracking system Preferred Skills: Preferred five to seven years experience in a manufacturing environment Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
