Techniseal has been a world leader for over 30 years in the field of polymeric jointing sand and a renowned manufacturer of products for the cleaning and protection of concrete pavers.Job Location This is a remote position, and this person must reside in Oregon or Washington.Job ResponsibilitiesThis territory will cover the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA & MT)Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenueResponsible for identifying and prospecting for new customers and market segmentsWork closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategiesAnalyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in marketPrepare sales plans, including prospecting activity reporting in SalesForce (CRM)Compile dealer sales market intelligence, interpret buying cycles, share results with managementQuote prices, and present promotionsProvide customer support with in store, on site demo and training sessionsPresent products at local Dealer events, and trade showsJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and educationTwo plus years related experience managing a multi-million dollar territoryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualitiesValid driver’s license Up to 50% travelExperience within the building materials industryAbility to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platformCompensationBase salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, plus commissions with on total potential earnings upwards of $90,000 - $95,000Commission eligible no capMonthly auto allowance $800 and a fuel cardPaid Time Off - 120 hours per calendar year (pro-rated in first year)401k plan Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits Nine paid holidays per yearWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
