Coordinates special projects and analysis for manager.Maintains budget and/or expense reports. Makes recommendations on and prepares budget and manager expense reportsDevelops reports and presentationsCompiles, researches and tabulates data and may perform some analysisActs as interface with internal or external customersSorts, open and distributes mail.Makes travel arrangementsTypes, designs correspondence, memos, tables or graphsMaintains files for the departmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesMay periodically assist in training and checking the work of lower level employeesPerforms other duties as assigned.Skills And Abilities Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Work can generally be completed without established procedures.
