Supervisory experience preferred. Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have up-to-date immunizations. Qualifications Current active and unrestricted license and registration in New York County. Bilingual skills are preferred. Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct training and competency sessions with staff. Knowledge of care management activities and interventions. Fiscally responsible for providing services based on members' needs.
