Our team fosters a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment where passion for food, service, and guest experience come together.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a strong, service driven Floor Manager to join our team at a high energy, multi level waterfront restaurant and bar.We serve California Asian cuisine featuring fresh sushi and sashimi alongside a variety of hot and cold dishes. Our two story space includes indoor and outdoor dining with ocean views, along with two cocktail bars, creating a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same.This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic, responsible, detail oriented, and ready to take ownership of their role.Our team operates like a family, and we are looking for someone who is excited to step in, embrace our style, and grow with the restaurant as we continue to expand.What You Will DoLead and manage the floor during service alongside the management teamOversee and support a team of about 40 front of house staffMaintain a high level of guest experience and overall service qualityHandle guest interactions and resolve issues with professionalism and confidenceKeep service running smoothly and efficiently throughout each shiftSupport staff development, communication, and team moraleQualificationsPrevious experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or a strong lead ready to step upComfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environmentStrong presence on the floor with clear communication and leadership skillsFamiliar with POS systems, OpenTable, and basic Excel, or willing to learnKnowledge of wine and sake is a plus, or willingness to learnPrevious serving or bartending experience is strongly preferredMust be available weekday evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to move frequently between first and second floorsSpanish is a plus but not requiredFood Handler Manager Certification is desirable but not requiredCompensation and ScheduleCompensation is negotiable and dependent on experienceThe listed salary reflects a full time position, but we are also open to part time Floor ManagersOpportunity for growth as we expandPLEASE INCLUDE AVAILABILITY IN APPLICATION/RESUME.Salary range for full time equivalent is 70,000 to 85,000 per yearJob TypeFull time or Part timeScheduleEvening shiftsWeekend day and night shifts as neededHolidays requiredApplication QuestionOur team works through peak seasons including summer and the winter holidays.
