Project ManagerImmediate need for a talented Project Manager with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is an 11+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX. Please review the job description below.Key Responsibilities:Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvementsBe a servant leader and facilitate all Agile ceremonies for Originations Scrum team including, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, grooming.Expert at sprint & release planning along with creating Sprint burn down and product release level burn up charts.Experienced in remotely leading third party professional services teams and help them in achieving their goals by removing impediments.Coach team members as needed in SCRUM methodology and motivate them to achieve higher maturity.Track and communicate team velocityConduct estimation workshops continuously using Agile estimating techniquesExperience managing agile projects using tools such as Trello, JIRA/Rally, Agile Accelrator, Copado and Client QC; providing software training to team members as neededDevelop and maintain story map, feature map, and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activitiesProvide accountability for the financial management and budgeting process for operations and SCRUM team releases.Assist in training team members and other TFS employees on Agile and software design thinking conceptsManage various projects at TFS directly related to software developmentFoster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having funKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Proven leadership and motivation skills with strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informallyExperience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvementCan maintain a high level of energy and engagementA love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the teamMust Haves:Several years of successful implementation of custom development experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project ManagerBachelor's degreePMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Our client is a leading the Banking & Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
