Superintendent - Quality Manager

Our Superintendent - Quality Manager keeps our federal construction projects on track and ensures we complete high-quality work that meets the client's needs and our business goals. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing construction projects and delegating tasks to keep crews on schedule Reviewing plans and specifications and making sure our work meets these guidelines Identifying ways to cut costs, increase revenue, and meet profit goals Completing detailed job documentation and leading team meetings Performing quality control checks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations Solving problems as they come up and taking proactive steps to avoid future issues Communicating and coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other people to efficiently complete seamless projects WHAT ARE THE HOURS? You'll typically work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. WHAT DO YOU NEED? 5+ years of experience in construction site management or quality control Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases USACE CQM certification Completion of a 30-hour OSHA class Travel is required. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process. 7+ years of relevant experience would be preferred. READY TO START?
