We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Onboarding Engineer to support the successful integration of clients into our Managed Services offering. This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth transitions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical point of contact during onboarding. Ensure onboarding tasks and milestones are completed within defined timelines, communicating blockers, and driving resolutions.
Participate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities, provide updates, and answer questions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation to ensure baselines are met and issues are identified proactively.
Identify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding workflows and knowledge documentation.
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Azure environments and associated services.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a client-facing or service delivery role.
Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and working across teams to support continuous improvement.
Success Metrics
Onboarding milestones delivered on schedule
Positive client satisfaction scores post-onboarding
Fewer escalations due to miscommunication or process breakdowns
Contributions to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
