ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack solutions using modern technologiesContribute as a key member of an Agile development team, participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectivesPartner with product owners, architects, and leadership to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutionsBuild and maintain distributed systems leveraging microservices and big data technologiesDevelop cloud-native solutions using AWS services to deliver highly available, scalable, and cost-efficient applicationsApply serverless and managed cloud services where appropriate to optimize performance and reliabilityDemonstrate ownership, innovation, and a self-starter mindset across projectsStay current with emerging technologies, experiment with new tools, and apply relevant advancements to improve solutionsShare knowledge and mentor other engineers to promote engineering excellence Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack developmentStrong experience building applications using JavaScript, Java, RESTful APIs, Angular, and Spring Boot5 years of experience designing and building solutions on AWS (e.g., ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, EMR)4 years of experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, or similar platforms3 years of experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries2 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Unix shell, Groovy, or similarDemonstrated experience leveraging AI or automation technologies to improve developer productivity or enhance software solutions Preferred QualificationsExperience designing and architecting systems to meet complex business requirementsExperience delivering large-scale, business-critical systems with high technical complexityStrong understanding of cloud architecture best practices and AWS Well-Architected principles
