How We Define Success in This RoleThe Reporting & Analytics Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of the agency's reporting and tracking infrastructure. This role manages how marketing data is captured, collected, organized, and visualized across the agency's reporting systems.Success in this role is defined by the ability to create reliable, scalable reporting and measurement frameworks that allow pod teams to clearly understand campaign performance and communicate results to clients. The Reporting & Analytics Manager ensures that tagging implementations are accurate from the start and that reporting systems remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with the measurement needs of each client.This role serves as the agency's primary expert in DOMO, the platform used to aggregate and visualize marketing data across clients and channels, as well as the agency's primary owner of tag management and conversion tracking implementation. The Reporting & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, building and deploying tagging configurations, managing data integrations, and ensuring that tracking and reporting data is accurate and reliable.While pod teams maintain deep familiarity with individual campaign performance and client strategy, the Reporting & Analytics Manager focuses on maintaining strong data and tracking infrastructure and ensuring that reporting systems reflect accurate marketing performance data. Client-specific analysis and interpretation of results remain the responsibility of the Account Strategists and Media Managers within each pod.However, the Reporting & Analytics Manager must maintain a strong understanding of the underlying data and be prepared to speak to overall trends, anomalies, or data integrity concerns when needed.This role reports directly to the Director, Paid Media and reliable reporting and tracking frameworksWhat You'll Do:Lead the Agency's Reporting InfrastructureServe as the agency's primary expert in DOMO, building and maintaining reporting dashboards used across client accounts.Design reporting frameworks that integrate marketing data from multiple platforms into unified dashboards.Ensure reporting systems remain organized, scalable, and capable of supporting the needs of multiple pods and clients.Continuously refine dashboards to improve usability, clarity, and reporting consistency.Own Tag Management and Conversion Tracking ImplementationServe as the agency's primary owner of tagging and conversion tracking setup for both new client onboarding and existing client accounts as tracking needs evolve.Build, configure, and deploy Google Tag Manager containers, including custom tags, triggers, and variables to support each client's measurement plan.Implement and maintain GA4 event tracking, conversion configuration, and audience setup.Configure conversion tracking and platform pixels across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and other paid media platforms used by pod teams.Set up server-side tagging and conversion APIs (such as Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions) where client measurement needs require it.Integrate call tracking platforms (such as CallRail) and other third-party measurement tools into client tagging setups.Write dataLayer specifications and partner with client-side developers when site implementation work is required to support tagging.Quality-assure all tagging implementations using Tag Assistant, GTM Preview mode, browser developer tools, and platform diagnostics to confirm tags fire correctly before launch.Audit existing tagging implementations on current client accounts as needed and resolve gaps, duplicate firing, or misattributed conversions.Maintain documentation of tagging configurations and measurement plans for each client.Manage Data dashboards.Maintain Data Quality and Reporting AccuracyEnsure that marketing data reflected in reporting dashboards remains accurate and reliable.Identify and troubleshoot potential discrepancies between reporting systems, tagging implementations, and platform data.Collaborate with pod teams to ensure that tracking frameworks and measurement structures support reliable reporting.Maintain documentation and standards that support consistent tagging and reporting practices across the agency.Support Reporting Needs Across PodsWork with pod teams to ensure reporting dashboards reflect the KPIs and measurement frameworks established for each client.Configure reporting dashboards that support both standardized reporting structures and client-specific reporting requirements.Help ensure that pod teams have clear access to the data needed to support their client communications and performance analysis.Provide Data Context When NeededMaintain a strong understanding of marketing performance data across reporting systems.When requested, help identify broader trends, anomalies, or potential data issues reflected in reporting dashboards.Support pod teams in diagnosing reporting irregularities or data discrepancies.While this role supports data interpretation at a high level, detailed campaign analysis and client-specific performance interpretation remain the responsibility of pod teams.What You'll BringStrong analytical skills and comfort working with complex marketing datasets.2 to 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting, or marketing data analysis.Strong experience working with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Hands-on experience building and managing Google Tag Manager containers, including custom tags, triggers, variables, and dataLayer configuration.Proficiency configuring GA4, including event tracking, conversion setup, and audience configuration.Experience implementing conversion tracking and platform pixels across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt.Familiarity with server-side tagging and conversion API implementations (such as Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions) is strongly preferred.Experience writing dataLayer specifications and coordinating tagging requirements with client-side developers.Familiarity with QA tools and methods for validating tag deployments, including Tag Assistant, GTM Preview mode, and browser developer tools.Experience working with digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic advertising systems.Familiarity with SEO and search data platforms such as Google Search Console, Moz, and SimilarWeb.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills when identifying and resolving tagging and reporting discrepancies.Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional marketing teams.Ability to translate technical data and tracking structures into clear reporting frameworks that support client communication.Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
