Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a hospital partner system in the Philadelphia/South Central New Jersey region in recruiting a comprehensive vascular and general neurosurgeon. The team has 25 Neurologists, 10 Neurosurgeons, Neuropsychologists, Neuro Research Director, and 15 Advanced Practice Providers. Practice Details Employed, full-time position with a 3-year term Call schedule is 1:3, inclusive of nights and weekends Additional call opportunities available with daily compensation Competitive base salary structure: Year 1: $600,000 Year 2: $650,000 Year 3: $700,000 Productivity incentive beginning in Year 1, up to 20% of base salary No cap on bonus potential: 2% added per 1,000 wRVUs above 16,000 Additional compensation for vascular and/or general trauma coverage beyond contractual call Benefits include: Malpractice coverage 5 weeks PTO + 1 week for CME/meetings 401(k) enrollment $5,000 annual CME/dues/memberships allowance NJ & PA licensure, CDS, and DEA fees covered Community Information The Philadelphia/South Central New Jersey region offers an exceptional quality of life with a perfect balance of vibrant urban culture and suburban comfort.
