Medical/Surgical Registered NurseOur Medical/Surgical Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, which are essential for providing specialized care to patients. This department provides clinical care for patients from Neonatal to Geriatric patients.How you'll contribute:A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWhat we're looking for:Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
