Part-time Coding/Programming Instructor (Daly City, CA)

Whizara delivers interactive, student-focused coding and robotics programs that motivate K–12 students through hands-on, experiential learning. We’re looking for motivated and energetic programming Instructors to teach in-person classes in _*Daly City, CA.*_ *What You’ll Do* * Foster a welcoming, engaging, and supportive classroom where students feel confident exploring new ideas. * Maintain punctuality and demonstrate professionalism, organization, and dependability during every session. * Teach using Whizara’s ready-to-use curriculum—no lesson planning required. * Support students as they build and code projects, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. * Track student progress, offer positive and constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments. * Work collaboratively with students, school staff, and parents to ensure a rewarding learning experience. * Communicate regularly with the Whizara team by sharing updates, insights, and feedback. * Independently manage classroom activities with enthusiasm and care. *Who We’re Looking For* * Current college students or recent graduates in STEM Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Knowledge with one or more programming languages and robotics kits including Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C/C++, Scratch; LEGO robotics, RaspberryPi/Arduino. * Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills. * Comfortable using computers and robotics equipment. * Able to effectively engage students from elementary through high school. * Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about empowering young learners through STEM.
