This position provides technical support to both internal teams and external customers while ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal and external customersSource, research, and identify parts based on customer needs and equipment specificationsProcess stock, emergency, and special orders in a timely mannerAccurately enter and manage orders using the IRIUM system and other business toolsMaintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and physical inventoryReceive, document, and process returned goods according to company proceduresInput purchase order receipts and maintain up-to-date inventory recordsSupport parts counter operations, serving as an initial point of contact for customers and vendorsAssist warehouse staff as needed to support daily operationsAssemble or cut chains, hoses, and cables as requiredPress tires as neededPromote company products and services to customersCollaborate with team members to meet departmental and company goalsFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/business systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and research skillsProfessional, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectationsAbility to maintain a safe and organized work environmentEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior customer service, parts, or sales experience preferredExperience in material handling or related industry is a plusCertification in operating material handling equipment is beneficialCompany BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for professional development and trainingSupportive and collaborative work environmentPengate Handling Systems is dedicated to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
