Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Portland, OR, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the workweek. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting product solutions, meeting sales goals, and assisting with the implementation of sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery for events. Qualifications Proven Communication and outstanding Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets consistently.Skills in Training and Sales Management to guide and mentor team members effectively and contribute to overall sales strategy development.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and priorities.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent, is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and within a diverse and dynamic team.Experience in event management or knowledge of the decor industry is a plus.
