OverviewSelf-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers & Non-KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.) as well as equipment installation/ de-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and performed firmware upgrades.Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites while managing territory work volume and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction.Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training.Communicate with management on customer or field issues.Successful completion of training classes and effective servicing of those products, with the ability to requests assistance when necessary to meet customer demands.Follows proper call handling procedures while maintaining the minimum required productivity measure by our internal program (core metrics).Shows measurable progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and overall productivity. Ability to use current technology and company issued assets (Laptops, Cell phone, etc.) to access websites and links for access to part books, service manuals, bulletins and other service literature and develops familiarity with contents.Responsible for maintaining accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory.Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.Require to accurately and timely complete weekly timesheet and expense reports.Provide sales support as required (i.e. advising sales on problems accounts, service leads).ResponsibilitiesMust possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.Familiar with printing from common business applications.Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side of server environments.Must have excellent time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Teamwork; must work well with othersUnderstands territory parts budget and inventory controlBasic knowledge of Word and Excel.QualificationsPass background, security and drug test.Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for vehicle maintenance compensation program.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.For internal applicants requires Konica Minolta internal certifications on:Outward AssociateOutward ProfessionalOutward Expert - Office SolutionsKMBS Controller (Emperor)ClassroomMinimum QualificationsMinimum of High School diploma or GED required.Technical School training preferred.1-2 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.Certified on N+ or equivalent.Additional IT certifications or training are a plusEOE StatementKonica Minolta is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
