Product Reliability Engineer

Establish silicon and package qualification plans for reliability assessment studies.Lead planning and execution of reliability activities during product development and qualification.Communicate with offshore factories and reliability labs for test qualifications.Coordinate debug and analysis of reliability observations and drive corrective actions.Perform reliability modeling estimations and lifetime projections.Work with foundry partners to align product qualification requirements.Utilize statistical analysis software for reliability modeling.BS/MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.Familiarity with Semiconductor IC Product Development and high-volume manufacturing.Strong communication skills and experience with data presentation.Knowledge of stress test methodologies and semiconductor fabrication.Understanding of package assembly processes and reliability mechanisms.Proficiency in reliability modeling techniques and statistical analysis software.Experience with Silicon Failure Analysis methods and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) is desired.
