Seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities includeAnswering phones and emailsScheduling appointments and maintaining calendarsFiling and organizing documents (digital and paper)Data entry and basic record keepingGeneral office support as neededPeriodically providing one-on-one support to childrenRequirementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer useGood communication skills, both written and verbalMotivated, self-starter who takes initiativeAbility to work independently and multitaskPrior office experience preferred but not requiredSchedule4-5 days per week, 4 hours per day, Possible hours 10am-2pmCompensation$25 per hour
