Role Description The Palms of Davie, managed by Bell Partners Inc., is seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Davie, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance activities across the property, including preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, repairs, and troubleshooting. You will lead and train the maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain the overall functionality of the property to provide an excellent living experience for residents. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.Solid experience in Maintenance & Repair and the ability to handle various property-related tasks.Expertise in Troubleshooting operational and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance and repair operations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members, residents, and vendors professionally.High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
