Bswift System Analyst

This organisation empowers businesses to streamline their operations and employees to access comprehensive benefits, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.The Role Support Bswift technology implementations, adhering to company standard operating procedures and documentation Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize system problems Partner with project coordinators and internal/external teams on new implementations and ongoing client support Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and discrepancy reports Provide on-call technical support and respond to inquiries regarding EDI vendor feeds Train client HR partners on Bswift software and processes, and maintain system accuracyWhat You'll Need 2-3 years of application/system analysis/enrollment build experience 1-2 years of Bswift experience 2-3 years of insurance experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, computer science, or information systems Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's On Offer Competitive pay range of $40-$43 per hour, based on skills and experience Comprehensive health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits Paid time off and robust learning and development programs A people-first culture committed to growth, service, and employee supportApply via Haystack today!
