We are seeking a hands-on Mechanic to join our growing team in South Florida. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and working on motors, bearings, shafts, and cooling tower equipment. Position Summary The Mechanic will work primarily in the field at commercial and industrial job sites throughout the Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers areas. This individual will handle mechanical assembly, motor wiring, shaft and bearing work, and general rotating equipment repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical trades, HVAC, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance environments. This is a field-based position, and employees typically report directly to the job site.
