This is a standard day-shift assignment requiring a professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced OR environment. Candidates must have recent, relevant experience in the specialty to ensure the highest level of patient safety and surgical support. Key Responsibilities Intraoperative Care: Act as a patient advocate and clinical expert during surgical procedures. Surgical Coordination: Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure a seamless operative experience. Sterile Field Management: Maintain and monitor aseptic techniques and the sterile field throughout the duration of procedures. Patient Assessment: Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and documentation in accordance with hospital policy. Requirements Experience: Minimum: 3 years of clinical experience in the Operating Room. Specialty: Must have recent experience working in the OR specialty. Licensure & Certifications: RN License: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California. Life Support: Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
