Coverage Needed Coverage Type: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday Outpatient Clinic Visits: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. After Hours Phone Call: 4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. for Established Patients Weekend Call/Phone Only: 4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. for Established Patients Open Dates: April: 4/13-4/27 May: 5/11-5/25 June: 6/8-6/22 July: 7/13-7/27 August: 8/10-8/24 September: 9/8-9/21 October: 10/5-10/19 November: 11/2-11/16, 11/30-12/14 Clinical Details No surgeries or procedures required EMR: EPIC/Dragon Support Staff: Medical Assistants in practice Requirements Must be board certified in both Hematology & Medical Oncology BLS Certification Active MI License or IMLC Minimum 1 year of work experience Case Logs: 24 patients with illnesses related to Hematology and 24 patients with illnesses related to Medical Oncology within the past 12 months Must be available for listed dates
