Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our maintenance and facilities team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing systems for commercial and residential properties, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing fixtures and piping efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances across company-managed properties. Conduct detailed inspections to identify root causes of leaks, pressure problems, or drainage issues before beginning repairs. Use diagnostic tools (e.g., pressure gauges, pipe locators, inspection cameras) to verify system integrity. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems. Conduct preventative maintenance Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and vendors to complete work orders promptly. Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Effectively choose supplies to minimize material costs Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (commercial or multifamily experience preferred). Valid plumbing license or certification. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
