The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with electronic security systems and a strong technical foundation in access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection. Candidates with system configuration and programming experience are highly encouraged to apply.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInstall, maintain, and repair electronic security, access control, and CCTV equipment and systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with security, access control, and CCTV devicesTest and calibrate electronic components and systemsFollow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to perform tasks accuratelyCollaborate with team members to complete projects on scheduleProvide on-site technical support to customers and clientsStay current on the latest advancements in electronic security technologyREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of proven experience as an Electronic Security Technician or similar roleStrong knowledge of access control and CCTV systems and componentsProficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsFamiliarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)Demonstrated ability to detect and resolve electronic malfunctionsValid driver's license requiredWillingness to travel approximately 50%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Lenel, Software House, Avigilon, Bosch, or DMP platformsBackground in system configuration and programmingComputer networking experience a plusEMPLOYMENT DETAILSType: Contract-to-HireSchedule: Monday-Friday / Weekends as neededTravel: ~50% requiredWork Location: On the road
