Role Description We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead Manager for our on-site store in Bellevue, WA. This part-time role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting a positive customer experience, and driving sales by mentoring team members in a dynamic retail environment. Key responsibilities include providing personalized service, leading and motivating sales associates, ensuring that sales goals are met, managing inventory, and maintaining a visually compelling store environment.
