A company is looking for a Support Navigator Supervisor to lead a team providing support services for military members and their families. Key Responsibilities Lead, direct, and manage a team of Care Coordinators Plan, coordinate, and oversee care coordination operations for effective engagement Monitor activities to ensure adherence to program requirements and quality standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a social science field or related discipline Minimum of three years of call center customer service experience, including two years in team supervision Demonstrated knowledge of call center operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
