Starting wages of $19.66/hr., higher depending on experience! Spring Arbor Senior Living in Frederick, MD is seeking a qualified part-time Med Tech Shift Supervisor to lead our Assisted Living team. The Med Tech Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations. They direct Resident Assistants (RAs) and help coordinate services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Director. The Med Tech/Shift Supervisor will develop positive relationships with team members, families, and residents on behalf of the Community and Spring Arbor. Ideal candidates must be 21 years of age and show a genuine concern and interest in working with seniors.
