This is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy stakeholder engagement, public communications, event coordination, and working on impactful infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate communication and public involvement activities for multi-year infrastructure and construction projects• Develop and implement public outreach and communication strategies• Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, stakeholders, and the public• Assist with newsletters, fact sheets, website updates, news releases, mailing lists, and public inquiries• Support public meetings, open houses, and outreach events including logistics and stakeholder communications• Maintain project outreach data and stakeholder management records• Provide graphic and presentation support for promotional initiatives• Organize and manage project information files and reporting activitiesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field• 3–10 years of professional experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to the public• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Design/presentation software experience is a plus• Valid driver’s license requiredMust meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Company's Motor Vehicle Safety PolicyIf you are passionate about community engagement, public outreach, and supporting meaningful infrastructure projects, we’d love to connect!📩 Apply now or message me directly to learn more.
