Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.Key Responsibilities:Develop Tools and Processes for Engineering Specific Programs such as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), etcWork with Solutions Engineering and Business Development to understand the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure complianceAssist in defining and documenting system requirements for current and future engineering programsWork with Data Analyst to define metrics, tools and KPIs to show success of each programManage workload and provide guidance to on-site Engineers when problems arise from a technical standpointCommunicate and present work completed for each program to both internal team members and clientsWork with clients to develop any changes or additions needed for the program or project to be successfulPerform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable insights and communicate to internal stakeholdersConduct reviews of reports or final deliverables to ensure that it meets the requirements laid out by the scope of workConduct technical interviews for new engineersRequired Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocolsKnowledge in multiple manufacturing and Quality requirements and standards for different commodities (i.e. ISO 9001, AS9001, etc.)5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or QualityBachelor's in Engineering or Quality related majorExpert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to work effectively within a quality management systemAbility to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders, both internally and externallyMust be able to read and write in EnglishOpen to travel up to 50% of the timeSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
