Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Developer role based in Dallas, TX. The Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless software integration. Additionally, the role involves optimizing code performance, adhering to project timelines, and staying updated on the latest industry technologies and trends to ensure innovative solutions are implemented effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++Experience in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworksKnowledge of database management systems like SQL, MySQL, or MongoDBFamiliarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)Problem-solving, critical thinking, and debugging skillsStrong collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teamsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of system design and architecture is advantageous
