Senior Project Manager – Financial Data Warehouse (Hybrid, Austin, TX)Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – Onsite & Remote) Duration: 09/15/2025 – 08/31/2026 (Contract)About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMP-certified) to lead critical initiatives within the Financial Data Warehouse program. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional experienced in large-scale enterprise implementations, Agile (Scrum) environments, and data-driven projects.As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, budgeting, executing, and documenting enhancements to the organization’s Financial Data Warehouse. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered with precision, agility, and measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of modifications and enhancements to the Financial Data Warehouse.Drive project management using PMI standards and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Establish project organizations, governance, and methodologies that align with enterprise practices.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.Prepare project charters, work plans, and key project artifacts to support oversight and reporting.Deliver presentations and status updates to leadership and oversight committees.Provide technical support and leadership, including on-call support when required.Ensure compliance with state frameworks, procurement processes, and governance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of Project Management experience on large-scale enterprise implementations 6+ years of experience managing State or Federal projects (Texas state experience highly preferred) 3+ years of Agile (Scrum) project management experience 3+ years of hands-on development experience3+ years working with JiraPMP Certification (Active) – must be noted on resume; proof may be requestedPreferred Skills Experience with the Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting features State procurement and contracting experience
