Product Marketing Manager

DescriptionAbout the Role: GOLFZON is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across our portfolio of golf simulator products, features, and experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and plays a critical role in shaping how our products are perceived by customers.You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions, lead product launches, and help bring our innovation to life through compelling campaigns, content, and ambassador-led storytelling.What You’ll DoProduct Marketing & PositioningPartner closely with the Director of Marketing to align product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities with broader marketing strategy and revenue goalsSupport the Director of Marketing in developing scalable product narratives, frameworks, and enablement tools that empower Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teamsDevelop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across GOLFZON’s product portfolioServe as the sole marketer for City Golf, owning end-to-end product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution to build awareness, drive demand, and clearly differentiate the concept in the market.Translate product features and technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits and differentiated storiesPartner with the Content Director to identify the best ways to promote GOLFZON products through brand ambassadors and content channelsGo-To-Market & Launch ExecutionLead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, feature releases, and upgradesOwn key GTM components, including target personas, customer segmentation, pricing and packaging strategy, launch planning, and sales enablement assetsCollaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure aligned and successful launchesMarket & Customer InsightsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and messaging decisionsAnalyze voice-of-customer data, win/loss insights, and field feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesTurn insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap, messaging refinement, and campaign strategyCampaign & Enablement SupportHelp lead integrated marketing campaigns focused on product features, releases, and differentiatorsDevelop and support sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product overviews, and competitive battlecardsEnsure consistent product storytelling across marketing, sales, and customer-facing channelsRequirementsQualifications5+ years of end-to-end product or portfolio marketing experienceProven ability to translate product features into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositionsStrong product positioning, messaging, and value definition skillsHands-on experience owning or leading key GTM elements (personas, segmentation, pricing & packaging, launch execution, sales enablement)Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer SuccessAbility to synthesize customer feedback, VOC data, and competitive insights into strategic product recommendationsBackground or strong interest in golf, sports technology, fitness tech, simulators, or hardware-enabled productsWhy Join GOLFZON Be part of a globally recognized brand transforming the golf experience.
