Lead AI Python Developer – Job DescriptionPosition: Lead AI Python DeveloperExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: USA – Initial Remote.Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a Lead AI Python Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable AI solutions while working closely with engineering, data, and product teams.Key Skills & Responsibilities10+ years of experience in Python development, software engineering, and technical leadership.Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, embeddings, and AI agents.Develop production-grade AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms.Design data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and modern data platforms.Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and optimization.Lead technical design, code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor senior/junior developers.Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.Strong understanding of AI security, responsible AI, scalability, performance optimization, and production deployment.Preferred SkillsPython | Generative AI | LLMs | RAG | AI Agents | PyTorch | TensorFlow | Scikit-learn | FastAPI | REST APIs | Microservices | SQL | PySpark | AWS/Azure/GCP | Azure OpenAI | AWS Bedrock | Vector DB | Docker | Kubernetes | MLOps | LLMOps | CI/CD | GitPreference: Candidates who are open to relocating anywhere within the USA will be highly preferred.Share your resumes at ramakrishna.p@ptcit.com
