Role-: IAM ArchitectLocation-: Deerfield Beach, FLHybrid-: 3 Days/WeekJob Description:* IAM Architect (Core) – Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and protocols (Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).•Strategic Advisor – Acts as the lead technical authority, guiding IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards in partnership with the IAM Manager.•Application/Enterprise Architecture Alignment – Ensures IAM integrates seamlessly across applications, systems, and business processes. Core Responsibilities•Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions aligned with least-privilege and zero-trust principles.•Serve as the lead technical advisor for IAM design, integrations, and standards.•Influence IAM strategy and roadmap in partnership with the IAM Manager and Security leadership.•Drive adoption of authentication/authorization technologies (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).•Partner with application architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM works across enterprise systems.•Provide mentorship to IAM engineers and manage vendors/partners supporting IAM services. Candidate Profile •5+ years Identity & Access Management; 8+ years IT Security overall.•Hands-on expertise in Azure AD, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM.•Experience shaping IAM standards, policies, and integrations at enterprise scale.•Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.•Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with shared program ownership.•Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, PMP, ITIL v3.
