Based in our Old Town Scottsdale office, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and knows how to scale digital ad accounts with precision.What You'll DoGoogle Ads Campaign ManagementOwn end-to-end strategy, creation, and optimization of all Google Ads campaigns—Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to maximize ROAS.Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with our creative team on visual assets.Test, measure, and iterate regularly to improve click-through rate, quality score, and cost-per-acquisition.Monitor performance and budget pacing daily, providing weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.Performance Strategy & GrowthDevelop scalable strategies for new product launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns.Identify new paid channels, A/B testing opportunities, and growth levers within Google Ads.Set and manage monthly performance targets, budgeting, and forecasting.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with our founder and marketing teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.Partner with our e-commerce team to ensure tracking, landing pages, and attribution are fully optimized.Stay on top of Google algorithm updates, digital ad trends, and platform changes to keep Sleepyhead ahead of the curve.Train team members to optimize Google Ads campaignsYou'll Thrive in This Role If You...Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.Are Google Ads certified and deeply familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Love diving into data and turning insights into action.Write killer ad copy that converts.Are excited to work in-office full time in our creative, fast-paced headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale.Are curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to do things smarterBonus Points ForExperience with other ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce tools.Knowledge of conversion rate optimization or funnel strategy.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for growth with a company that has seen positive year over year growth since its conceptionA fun, passionate team dedicated to making a differenceComfortable, laid-back office culture and dress codePTO, 401K match, Health & dental insurance, etc.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesRetail Furniture and Home FurnishingsJ-18808-Ljbffr
