You'll be the person who turns product ambiguity into executable plans — building the rhythms, frameworks, and cross-functional alignment that allow our product teams to move fast and make great decisions.You'll sit at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, working on everything from product planning and roadmap operations to go-to-market coordination and performance insights. You'll often be running multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will report to the Head of BizOps & Strategy and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance leadership.What You'll OwnProduct Rhythm & OperationsOwn the operational cadences of the product organization — sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional syncs — ensuring the right decisions get made with the right contextBuild and maintain the systems and processes that keep product teams aligned and unblockedFacilitate strategic working sessions, product offsites, and critical prioritization moments across the organizationProduct Insights & PerformanceOversee the development of models, forecasts, and scenarios to support product goal-setting and resource allocationPartner with the Data team to develop a deep understanding of retention, feature adoption, growth drivers, and product performanceTranslate product analytics into clear, compelling insights for leadership and the boardProduct Strategy & PrioritizationOwn the frameworks that guide product prioritization — audience focus, TAM sizing, marketplace dynamics, and monetization strategyAnswer hard strategic questions: how should we sequence the roadmap? Where is the growth opportunity? What should we build vs. buy vs. partner?Lead pricing and packaging analysis, partnering with Finance and Product to evaluate new monetization approachesPartnerships & IntegrationsManage the product partnerships pipeline from initial evaluation through execution, assessing strategic fit, commercial terms, and integration complexityBuild financial models for partnership ROI, scenario planning, and business case evaluationCoordinate cross-functional workstreams — product, engineering, legal — to drive partnership executionSpecial ProjectsOwn planning, coordination, and execution for high-priority product initiatives, partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery against milestonesStep into undefined, ambiguous problem spaces and bring structure and momentum where none existsWhat You'll NeedYou have:8+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth tech company in strategy, product ops, or business operations3+ years as an operator embedded within a product or technology organizationFluency in product metrics and a strong intuition for what drives user growth, retention, and engagementExperience building financial models and doing quantitative analysis (comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets)A track record of managing complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience working directly with C-suite and product leadership, with strong instincts for communicating upYou're Energized By0→1 work where you define both the problem and the solutionBeing the connective tissue between product, data, and strategyMaking things happen in fast-moving, high-stakes environmentsAdditional NotesApplicants must be eligible to work in the US.This is an in person role working at our NYC/ CAM officePerks & BenefitsCompany Equity Package401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time16 Weeks of Paid Parental LeaveCreative Education StipendGenerous Commuter AllowanceIn-Office Lunch (5 days per week)Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
