Job Title - Senior Software Engineer, Back End Location - (100% Remote) Duration: Long Term Job Type: Contract Job description: What You'll Do: Collaborate with product managers and partner teams supporting card fraud detection application in order to deliver and support robust cloud-based solutions.Responsibilities will include designing, implementing, testing, and supporting technical solutions.Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala.Open Source technologies utilized include Spark, Protocol Buffers, Spring, and many more. NoSQL databases utilized are DynamoDb and Hazelcast.Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's DegreeAt least 5 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply) Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, or Python1+ years of experience in Big Data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop1+ years of experience in container orchestration services such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS.2+ years of experience with AWS. A current AWS solution architect certification is preferred.3+ years of experience in open source frameworks2+ years of experience in Agile practices
