Quote Specialist

Inside Sales & Quotation Specialist, focusing on Sales in the Caribbean, Central and South American markets. Responsible for working alongside the Sales team to assist in researching items, creating quotes, entering sales orders, tracking orders and handling logistics. Employee will facilitate communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient order process. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Inside Sales to support our export sales team working on projects throughout the Caribbean.This is a highly data-driven role focused on quoting, order processing, and vendor coordination. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and communicating with both vendors and customers—this could be a great fit. Tasks & Skills RequiredStrong organization skillsPreparing and analyzing quotes for project-based salesEntering sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, at direction of sales rep(s)Comparing vendor pricing and performing price analysisCommunicating with vendors for pricing, lead times, and order updatesWorking closely with customers and the sales team to keep projects movingTake direction and communicate directly with sales rep(s) and directors to have complete understanding of current needs of customer and all pending orders.
