We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Role – Salesforce Functional LeadLocation – Boston, MA (all 5 days onsite)Mode – ContractNote: Need LifeScience Exp Job DescriptionAssociate's Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field; a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field is preferredA minimum of 8 years of experience working with Salesforce in functional, analyst, or lead roles requiredA minimum of 2 years in a lead or ownership capacity (Functional Lead, Product Owner, or Solution Lead)Hands on experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.Certifications in Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Business Analyst preferredExperience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce organizations and integrationsStrong understanding of Salesforce data models & security, declarative automation, and reporting and dashboardsFamiliarity with Apex, APIs, and integrations, release management, sandbox strategies, and Salesforce performance considerationsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience with change management and user adoption strategiesExperience building roadmaps and software/vendor evaluations and selections.Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
