Overview In this role you will contribute to software development efforts within a global delivery model. You will work across technologies like Java, Spring, Web Services, and messaging/cache systems to build robust solutions. You will lead and collaborate with offshore and onsite teams, participate in design reviews and estimation, and help drive quality and data-driven decisions. ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate with offshore/on-site teams across the software development lifecycleDevelop and maintain applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSP/Servlets, HTML, and middleware (WebSphere/JBoss)Utilize Apache Camel, Kafka, Hazelcast, and Apache Ignite in integration and caching scenariosPerform data analysis tasks including DDL/DML and draw conclusions to improve data qualityParticipate in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code reviewsMaintain project artifacts with Jira and Maven; participate in build/configuration management processesSupport a global delivery model and ensure timely delivery with qualityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and manage priorities to closureFoster collaboration with offshore teams and drive continuous improvement Key requirements4+ years of software development experience with listed technologies2+ years in a Team Lead/Tech Lead/Module Lead roleExposure to Jira, Maven; SOAP UI preferredExperience in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore)4+ years in SDLC methodologies (waterfall or agile)Experience in project lifecycle activities for development and maintenance projectsKnowledge of build and configuration management processesStrong analytical and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to participate in requirements gathering, estimation, development, and code reviewsExperience in credit cards and payments domain is a plushigh analytical abilityimpactful communicationcollaboration with offshore teamsJava 1.5+Spring 3.0+Web Services (SOAP/REST)
