What you will be doing: Partnering the leadership team in mobilizing the people strategy and driving the business plan, bringing the latest people and organizational development insights. Acting as a trusted coach to the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex people issues, equipping them with the right skills and behaviors to lead their teams, including meeting Rolls-Royce leadership expectations. Supporting business problems from an organization development perspective, using data and tools to identify the levers which will maximize organizational performance. Developing effective talent and capability development plans to deliver strategic workforce plans and build an environment that supports our people to be at their best. Managing local employee relations issues, including investigations and performance management plans. Delivering resourcing plans to meet business commitments. Working collaboratively with our broad people team network including our Global People Services team. Basic Requirements: Associate degree with 4+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience, OR Master's degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in lieu of a degree Preferred Requirements: Ability to analyze and challenge business strategy and develop people implications. Experience using organization development to enhance performance. Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills and senior levels and across functions. Broad change management skill set, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organizational change. Ability to coach leaders and their teams to deliver business strategy. Experience of operating within an HR Shared Service delivery model. Experience managing employee relations cases, talent development and enabling culture change. Experience working with a global team and/or in a highly matrixed environment.
