Duties include answering calls and setting up prospects into the sales schedule. Scheduling estimates for customers based on the customers' availability and best route for our Solutionists. Answering customers questions about our products, services, and policies. Taking messages and routing calls to the appropriate person. Contacting all home show visitors to schedule appropriate service. Scheduling installations and gutter cleaning based on revenue goals, scheduled hours and best routes. Meeting estimate goals for each rep. Candidates must be professional and positive at all times even during heavy call volume days. Responsibilities include receiving inbound phone calls for prospects/clients, providing support to teams and clients, striving to meet and exceed call performance, documenting all call information and data discovery, utilizing knowledge base of product and services, participating in continued education and training, helping improve the client experience, and conducting administrative support and reports. The current opening is for part time Sat-Sun 8am-5pm and major US holidays. This is a work from home position after training. Training hours will differ and will be in-house in Albany, NY. Required experience: Customer Service: 1 year. Job type: Part Time. Required education: High school or equivalent. Requirements include knowledge of the Capital District, NY area, a positive attitude, two years experience in customer service is preferred, proficient computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus, a passion for providing top-notch client support, ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally, and gutter knowledge a plus. Compensation: $16-$18 hourly. Minimum requirements include being 18 or older, having a computer with internet, and having a phone. Why work with us?
