We are seeking a Closer to join our top ranked FHA platform.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Review HUD commitments and coordinate with underwriting on amendments in accordance with FHA requirementsReview closing documents – this includes FHA legal documents along with all subordinate debt documentsWork with our attorneys to ensure document accuracyAssist in disbursement schedules and flow of fund schedulesPrepare settlement statements and the initial drawWork closely and effectively with HUD, borrowers and team members Schedule and conduct conference call meetings Reconcile transaction accountsMaintain transaction records in accordance with compliance initiativesExperience, Skills, and Abilities RequiredAt least 5 years of FHA closing experience required; construction experience a plusMultifamily experience required; healthcare desired and affordable preferredKnowledge of legal documentsKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of Salesforce and Sharepoint beneficialOrganization and attention to detail is essentialAbility to work under time constraintsSuperior customer service skillsAt Greystone, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
